SHIPPING POLICY

Broky Clothing cannot edit orders once they are placed and registered in our system.

All orders will be processed on the next working day of purchase. This period may be extended during holidays or any promotions and special releases.

Once we have dispatched your order, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email including the tracking details of your parcel.

LOCAL DELIVERIES

Local deliveries within Brunei will arrive within 2–4 days. Delivery is BND 10, free on orders above BND 80.

DOMESTIC DELIVERIES

Domestic deliveries within Malaysia will arrive within 5–7 working days. Orders placed on the weekend and public holidays will be shipped on the next following working day.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES

International deliveries will arrive within 7–10 working business days. There is a probability that your packages may be delayed due to customs clearance. Any purchase from Broky Clothing may be held and subject to customs or import duties once the parcel arrives at its destination country. Broky Clothing holds no responsibility for any charges incurred from customs or duties. We are not responsible for knowing the customs policies of other countries and cannot advise what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.

We currently ship to Singapore, Malaysia, and Brunei only.
